Vikas Saraswat is a highly skilled and accomplished Mechanical Engineer with over 8+ years of extensive experience in the FMCG, Beverage, Dairy, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors. As the Founder & Proprietor of QMECS Consultant, he leads multidisciplinary engineering consultancy services specializing in project planning, detailed engineering, utility design, mechanical systems, process piping, HVAC, fire safety, and turnkey project execution for the Food & Beverage industry.

With strong technical expertise and hands-on project execution capabilities, Vikas has successfully delivered several high-value industrial projects across India and international locations including Angola, Zambia, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. His experience spans greenfield and brownfield projects involving carbonated soft drinks, packaged drinking water, dairy processing, chocolate manufacturing, preform plants, and alcoholic beverage facilities.

Prior to establishing QMECS Consultant, Vikas worked with reputed organizations including Coca-Cola associated bottling operations at Wave Beverages Pvt. Ltd., PMG Engineering Pvt. Ltd., and PK Singh & Associates, where he played a key role in engineering design, project management, installation, commissioning, and utility optimization.
